  • On average I see most clients twice a week. Some once a week, others 3-4 times a week. It varies depending on their current goals and schedules.  Best results are usually achieved with at least twice a week, but the once a week people still generally make amazing progress.  Basic at home workouts are included in packages.
  • There is a one time $79 processing fee to get you into my tracking system with package plans. I will be tracking your progress every step of the way.
  • Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payments. Make checks payable to “Sõl Music And Fitness LLC.” $60 fee for returned checks.
  • One on one sessions are on average 45 minutes long.  Tandem sessions are on average an hour long.  Studies have shown that hormones crash after 40 minutes of intense training.  We want to maximize our hormones, not derail them.
  • Package plans are to be paid in full upon first session, at times I run payment plan specials where you can split the payment up into two equal payments two weeks apart. An Investment in yourself is the best dollar for dollar investment you can make, for yourself and for your family. It pays great dividends.
  • You do not have to live like a monk to see lasting change in your life.
  • Some clients lose over 10 inches in 6 weeks. It’s not just about seeing the scale needle move, it’s about body recompositioning, how your clothes fit, and how you feel.
  • I promote a lasting change, not a crash diet where you gain the weight back like so many others.
  • You will be able to eat the foods you enjoy on the Sõl-Food-Diet.
  • Please understand that I choose to work with a select clientele who are serious about lasting change in their life. That means something different to everybody. For some, it’s getting ready for beach body weather or fitting into those jeans from 3 years ago. For others, it’s losing over 100lbs like myself and just feeling better.
  • I offer lean muscle-building as well as fat loss. It is a very specialized process (everyone is different) we set your goals and we achieve them starting with the first session. Communication is key.
  • Working out is just one side of health and fitness, I am here to give you the whole picture.
  • I generally keep a waiting list, registration is currently OPEN. In fairness, you will be placed on the list on a first come, first serve basis. Sooner you pre-register, sooner we can get you rocking and reaching your goals.

I have found that once you take control over your body, you will feel more in control of your life and it will carry over to your mood, your business, your mindset, your education, and your family.
